Testing as a Psychometrist

PILV is one of the elite providers of psychological assessment and neuropsychological testing in the Las Vegas area. We are expanding our assessment services and are looking for those interested in learning how to administer and score psychological and neuropsychological standardized assessments.

We are a large group of assessment psychologists and licensed psychotherapists and are focused on provisioning assessment services for ADHD/LD, Autism, Dementia, and other related Memory and Cognitive Testing. As an Institute, we are focused on providing Individualized training and supervision to MH professionals who are interested in learning how to integrate assessment into their work with patients. We have a psychometry training program that prepares our team members for the Board of Certificated Psychometrist exam and credential. As a trained psychometrist you will work under the supervision of a licensed psychologist and begin by learning how to administer IQ and achievement tests to children and adults and can advance to provide cognitive/memory testing and personality testing to adolescents, adults and the elderly.

Minimum Requirements:

BA in Psychology who are currently enrolled in a Master/Doctoral level degree. 

Course work in Psychology Assessment/Tests and measurements

Preferred Requirements:

MA/MS degree in psychology or related field 

LCPC/CPC-I license in NV

Training and supervision is provided for licensure and certifications. Opportunities to earn 20-35/ hr depending on level of experience.  10-30 hrs per week depending on schedule flexibility. Hours are M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm.
